Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks a dedicated Early Childhood Education professional to plan and execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, provide on-class teaching, and engage with students and parents for optimal learning outcomes.

The role involves coordinating with SA Kids, preparing post-event reports, assisting in parent seminars, and participating in ongoing teacher development programs to enhance child-centered, play-based learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in early childhood/preschool teaching.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with teachers and parents.
• Passion for child-centered and play-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) — support presentation or Q&A if needed
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development
