Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Product Operations lead to own the product operations across SMB and new venture platforms, shaping processes, tooling, data, and operating rhythms.

You will translate the platform's strategy into executable roadmaps with leadership, build KPI frameworks and dashboards, and drive cross-functional governance of agile processes while aligning teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, economics, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or technical program management in technology, startup, or telecommunications.
• Experience with B2B or SMB platforms is a strong plus.
• Proven success building processes and systems that improved velocity, decisions, or launches.
• Hands-on fluency with product and analytics tooling (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Amplitude/Mixpanel) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the product operations function for SMB and other platform tech.
• Define and maintain a standardized product development lifecycle: intake, prioritization, discovery, delivery, launch, post-launch review.
• Translate long-term platform strategy into executable operating plans and roadmaps with product leadership.
• Build KPI framework, dashboards, and self-serve analytics for product teams and leadership.
• Operationalize the voice of the customer with market research, feedback, and usage data.
• Govern experimentation and deliver recurring performance reporting to executives.
