You will translate business goals into clear specs, align with partners, and drive the product through discovery to release while ensuring security and compliance in a regulated environment. You will lead cross-functional delivery, manage backlogs, and define KPI-driven performance, partnering with data, finance, and engineering to deliver customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, digital banking, payments, or telco financial products.
• Proven ownership of a product from concept to launch, with cross-functional and partner-led delivery.
• Strong project/program management skills: planning, dependency and risk management, and deadlines.
• Data-informed product sense; comfortable defining KPIs and working with analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Comfort operating in regulated environments (financial compliance, security, data privacy).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.

• Product Management & Development: Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Product Management and Innovation: Lead discovery, prioritize backlog, and steer releases.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with internal and partner teams, report progress and risks.
