Job summary

WPP Media Limited in Jakarta is seeking a Platform Executive to support paid media and performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for large, always-on programs. The role demands strong execution discipline, comfort with high-budget environments, and speed across multiple campaigns and objectives.

You will work with strategy, performance, and analytics teams to optimize campaigns, monitor key metrics, and ensure governance and QA standards.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or platform operations.
Hands-on experience supporting campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (Search), and TikTok.
Experience supporting large or complex advertiser accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search), and TikTok Ads.
Support high-volume campaign builds across multiple product lines and objectives (e.g. launches, always-on, promotions).
Manage daily operations including budget pacing, bid adjustments, and basic QA checks.
Monitor performance against key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag anomalies early.
Assist in executing platform best practices for large brands (naming conventions, structure, governance).
Work closely with strategy, performance, and analytics teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Exposure to always-on campaigns with frequent changes and optimizations.
Follow governance, tracking, and QA standards.
Support campaigns tied to e-commerce, apps, and retail moments.
