Job summary

B Positive Plasma is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the QA Manager and Center Manager, ensuring product integrity and donor safety in accordance with FDA, state, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP guidelines.

Responsibilities include organizing freezer storage, QA review of shipments, instrument upkeep, and documenting activities to maintain SOP adherence and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 25 miles for training or staffing needs; full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred in relevant fields.
• Experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or GMP/CLIA environments is advantageous.
• Strong documentation, communication, and auditing capabilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize product in storage freezer and maintain FIFO storage.
• Perform QA review of products to be shipped to consignee.
• Operate and maintain instruments for quality control and donor sample handling.
• Document operational activities and maintenance as needed.
• Assist QA Manager and Center Manager in SOP compliance and training.
