Job summary

PT Agro Lino Sejahtera is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and facilities. You will work with Procurement and Operations to manage spare parts, minimize downtime, and adhere to maintenance schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills are essential for data-driven planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, maintenance planning, and reporting.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and spare parts management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities.
• Establish and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Supervise maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Analyse equipment failures and identify root causes to prevent recurring issues.
• Coordinate breakdown maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Prepare maintenance plans, work orders, and service schedules.
• Manage spare parts inventory and collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the availability of critical components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, and performance reports.
• Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
