• At least 10 years of experience in engineering or maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in wood processing, plywood, sawmill, plantation, pulp & paper, biomass, manufacturing, cement, steel or other process industries is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, maintenance, utilities, and technical functions to ensure reliable plant operations.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, and CAPEX projects.
• Oversee plant improvement and commissioning activities; lead a technical team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
