Job summary

Confidential in Central Java seeks a seasoned Plant Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate daily operations of a wood manufacturing plant (PPIC, Production, Maintenance and QA) to meet quality and efficiency targets. You will manage budgets, purchasing, and a maintenance program to sustain production equipment with a focus on cost efficiency and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; at least 10 years in wood working plant or feed mill.
• Experience in plant commissioning is a must.
• Knowledge and troubleshooting of production machinery.
• MS Office proficiency; willingness to be placed in Central Java area.

• Plan, organize, direct and coordinate daily operations of wood manufacturing plant (PPIC, Production, Maintenance and QA).
• Oversee overall production activities to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met.
• Responsible for wood production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

• Implement a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating manner.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Leads new initiatives as assigned, includes productivity, efficiency and certification compliance.
