Job summary

BizLink Group in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a Production Planner to manage production planning and material issuance for outsourced factories. You will schedule production lines, address abnormalities promptly, and ensure orders stay on track.

You will respond to customer orders, coordinate with multiple departments, and prepare weekly reports while ensuring overtime and shipment requirements are met. Strong Mandarin and English communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning, PMC (Production Material Control), Production Control, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and material management.
• Proficient in Google workspace, especially Google Sheet.
• Have experience in using SAP system
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English; Mandarin skills are an advantage.
