Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a Material Controller to analyze forecasts and orders, assess inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material arrivals. The role requires Mandarin for daily communication and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• 1. Analyze customer forecasts and sales orders to calculate accurate material requirements.
• 2. Assess current material inventory and availability to ensure supply continuity.
• 3. Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure timely arrivals.
• 4. Identify, follow up, and resolve any material-related issues or discrepancies.
• 5. Maintain effective communication with internal teams to support production and planning needs.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above (any major); able to communicate fluently in English ， enable to use Mandarin（Chinese） for daily communication(is equivalent to HSK4 and above)
• 2. 1 year material control related working experience in manufacturing industries
• 3. Proficiency in office software ,such as Excel and so on
• 4. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills ,strong interpersonal and communication skills
