Job summary

L'Osteria Bali is seeking a Pizza Chef to join our Bali kitchen team. You will mix and knead dough, prepare sauces, chop toppings, and assemble pizzas per recipes and guest requests.

You will operate deck, conveyor, and wood-fired ovens, monitoring times and temperatures to ensure quality. The role requires at least 1 year of pizza-chef experience, a strong team spirit, a creative and energetic attitude, good grooming, and the ability to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Pizza Chef
• Willing to join immediately

• Strong knowledge about the position

Responsibilities

• Mixing/kneading dough, preparing sauces, chopping/prepping fresh toppings (veggies, meats, cheeses)
• Stretching/tossing dough, adding ingredients according to recipes or customer requests
• Operating pizza ovens (deck, conveyor, wood-fired) and monitoring cooking times/temperatures
• Cleaning stations, equipment, utensils; managing stock/inventory; handling food waste
