MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Pilot Line Engineer to operate pilot lines and perform sample plating, ensuring safe, compliant, high‑quality operations.

You will maintain equipment, calibrate processes, and support customers, new product testing, and cross-functional teams across Sales and Applications. The role requires hands-on experience in electroplating or wet processes, strong teamwork, problem-solving, and good English for global communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Surface Treatment, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in chemical or related industries; electroplating industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electroplating chemicals, surface treatment technologies, wet processes, pilot line operations and related wastewater handling.
• Familiarity with ISO documentation and corresponding management systems.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and calibration.

Mansioni

• Operate pilot lines and perform sample plating, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Support customer projects, new product testing, and collaboration with business, sales, and application teams.
• Prepare sample plating reports for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with application and R&D teams and sales colleagues to troubleshoot and drive quality and compliance.
