PT Siix Ems Indonesia is seeking an electronics-focused professional to review process flows and ensure new models meet customer requirements in a manufacturing setting in Indonesia. You will lead pre-production activities and coordinate with process owners to prevent errors.

Responsibilities include defining and updating machine programs for inspection and SMT-related equipment, managing component libraries, and implementing corrective actions for assembly defects.

Formación

• Minimum D3 in Electrical (weak current) / Industry / mechatronics / electronics.
• Experience in machine mounting or SMT processing is preferred.
• Good knowledge of PLC programming, electronic processes, CNC programming, installation programs.
• Good knowledge of SMT & AOI process.

Responsabilidades

• Review process flow diagrams, work instructions, and guidelines for new models to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Run pre-production to ensure the process and finished product meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with process owners to avoid errors.
• Analyze assembly defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Assign operator tasks for Inspection, AOI, Mounter, ICT, Router, Reflow and Laser Marking Machine Programs.
• Create, control, update and revise program parameter setups per program per line.
• Create new, control, update and revise Program or Special Program.
• Manage, update, and restore Component Libraries, backup and restoring engine programs (AOI, ICT, SMT & Mounter).

Responsible for running pre-production and ensuring the process and finished product meet customer requirements.

Coordinate with respective process owners to avoid errors.

Analyze assembly defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure and Assign operator tasks for Inspection, AOI, Mounter, ICT, Router, Reflow and Laser Marking Machine Programs.

Create new initialization, control, update and revise program parameter setups per program per line.

Create New, Control, Update and Revise Program or Special Program.

Managing, Updating, and Restoring Component Libraries, Back Up and Restoring Engine Programs ( AOI,ICT,SMT & Mouter)

Requirements
