SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive physiotherapy-based rehabilitation. The role involves assessing patients, planning and delivering tailored treatment programs, and educating families on post-procedure care.

You will work within hospital standards, ensuring patient safety and data documentation. Qualifications include a Diploma (D3) in Occupational Therapy and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Ability to develop tailored treatment solutions addressing complex physical impairments.
• Strong skills in assessing patient conditions and diagnosing impairments.

Responsabilités

• Carry out medical rehabilitation service programs and plans related to physiotherapy to support patient healing and recovery.
• Attend briefings before scheduled patient appointments to obtain information regarding previous conditions.
• Check the function and cleanliness of tools at start of each shift to ensure standards.
• Receive patients using hospital service standards to ensure consistent care.
• Educate patients and families on home care and schedule follow-up sessions.
• Carry out complete documentation of patient files before, during and after procedures as evaluation material.
• Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities.
• Implement quality and safety procedures, including training and reporting to support hospital indicators.
