Job summary

PT Bundamedik Tbk is seeking a Civil Physiotherapist to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized rehabilitation plans. The role focuses on monitoring progress, ensuring continuity of care, and educating patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.

Comprehensive assessments will identify rehabilitation needs and inform treatment decisions. Fresh graduates are welcome; Indonesian STR is required, and experience in hospital or rehab settings is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (D4) or Profesi Fisioterapis.
• Valid Indonesian Physiotherapist Registration Certificate (STR).
• Fresh graduates encouraged; prior hospital or rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on patients' conditions and goals.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on goals, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
• Demonstrate interest or proficiency in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and myofascial release techniques.

About you

Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Physiotherapy or Professional Physiotherapist Program (Profesi Fisioterapis)

Possess a valid and active Indonesian Physiotherapist Registration Certificate (STR)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is an advantage

Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles, rehabilitation techniques, and evidence-based clinical practice
