Job summary

Pt Vaksindo Satwa Nusantara saat ini membuka posisi Physicochemical Analyst untuk menguji sifat fisikokimia sampel pada industri makanan ternak. Anda akan terlibat dalam analisis menggunakan instrumen seperti HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, dan NIR, serta menjaga kualitas data.

Pelamar dengan latar belakang kimia/teknologi pangan dan pengalaman 1–3 tahun di laboratorium diutamakan. Peran ini melibatkan kerja tim dan kepatuhan terhadap GLP serta keselamatan kerja di fasilitas laboratorium.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang kimia, teknologi pangan, teknik kimia, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di laboratorium fisikokimia, lebih diutamakan di industri makanan/ternak.
• Pemahaman prinsip analitik kimia dan teknik analitik.
• Mahir mengoperasikan instrumen laboratorium (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, NIR).
• Kepedulian terhadap GLP dan keselamatan kerja.
• Kemampuan bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan serangkaian uji fisikokimia pada sampel menggunakan metode dan instrumen analitik yang sesuai.
• Mengoperasikan, mengkalibrasi, dan merawat peralatan laboratorium sesuai SOP.
• Menyiapkan reagen, larutan, dan standar dengan akurat.
• Merekam, menafsirkan, dan melaporkan hasil analisis dengan jelas.
• Mematuhi GLP dan aturan keselamatan.
• Berpartisipasi dalam validasi/metode verifikasi jika diperlukan.
• Menangani masalah analitik dan kerusakan peralatan.
• Memelihara catatan laboratorium yang akurat dan rapi.
• Membantu pelatihan staf laboratorium baru.

Physicochemical Analyst

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Physicochemical Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of physicochemical tests on various samples, including but not limited to, moisture content, ash content, protein, fat, fiber, pH, density, and specific gravity, using established analytical methods and instrumentation (e.g., NIR, HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers).
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and standards accurately and precisely.
• Record, interpret, and report analytical results clearly and concisely, including identifying out-of-specification results and initiating appropriate follow-up actions.
• Adhere strictly to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations.
• Participate in method validation and verification activities as required.
• Troubleshoot analytical issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
• Assist in the training of new laboratory personnel when necessary.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a physicochemical laboratory, preferably within the food, feed, or agricultural industry.
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in operating various laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, NIR).
• Knowledge of GLP and laboratory safety practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
