Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group in Sulawesi Tenggara seeks a proactive External Relations professional to strengthen partnerships with doctors, specialists, agents, and agencies, ensuring timely information sharing and alignment with hospital needs.

You will analyze referral patterns, set engagement targets, introduce hospital services, maintain accurate data for monthly reports, and support quality and safety initiatives through training and data collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
• Proactive approach to addressing issues, and implementing strategies to enhance physician relations.
• Ability to analyze referral patterns, performance metrics, and feedback to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR) can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with doctors/specialists/agents/agencies and ensure the latest information reaches them in line with hospital needs.
• Determine external party targets based on hospital facilities and needs to develop appropriate engagement strategies.
• Introduce hospital facilities, products and services to potential doctors/specialists/agents/agencies.
• Establish regular cooperative relationships to maximize use of hospital facilities and services.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of recording patient data for monthly reporting.
• Collect required data and reports related to operational activities and visit results.
• Implement quality and safety procedures, attend training, and document/report needed data to support hospital-wide indicators.
