Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in health or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in physician relations.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, and implementing strategies to enhance physician relations.
• Ability to analyze referral patterns and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with doctors, specialists, agents and agencies.
• Set targets for external parties based on hospital needs.
• Introduce hospital facilities, products and services to external parties.
• Maintain regular cooperation to maximize facility usage.
• Ensure accurate recording of patient data for monthly reporting.
• Collect data and prepare reports on operations and visit results.
• Adopt quality and safety procedures and participate in training.
