Qualifications

• Ability to analyze referral patterns, performance metrics, and feedback to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR) can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with doctors/specialists/agents/agencies to increase patient referrals.
• Determine targets for external parties based on hospital facilities, resources and needs.
• Introduce hospital facilities, products and services to potential doctors.
• Establish cooperative relationships with external parties to maximize use of hospital facilities and services.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of recording patient data for monthly reporting.
• Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities and visit results.
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including training, data collection, and reporting to support department targets.
