Responsibilities

• Build relationships with doctors, specialists, agents, and agencies to increase patient referrals.
• Set targets for external parties based on hospital facilities and needs.
• Introduce hospital facilities, products and services to external parties.
• Establish cooperative relationships to maximize use of hospital facilities and services.
• Ensure accurate recording of patient data for monthly reporting and related operations reports.
• Analyze referral patterns and metrics to drive improvements and inform strategy.
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems and EHR can be advantageous.
