Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a patient-oriented professional to manage relationships with doctors, specialists, agents, and agencies to maximize patient referrals and alignment with hospital needs.

You will determine external targets, introduce hospital facilities, and establish ongoing cooperation with external parties while ensuring accurate patient data for monthly reports and related operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in health field or related area.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
Proactive approach to addressing issues and improving physician relations.
Ability to analyze referral patterns and performance metrics.
Familiarity with healthcare management systems and EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with doctors, specialists, agents, and agencies to align hospital referrals with needs.
Set targets for external parties based on hospital facilities and resources to boost referrals.
Introduce hospital facilities, products, and services to doctors and external partners.
Establish strong, regular cooperation with external parties to increase facility usage.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient data for monthly reporting.
Collect data and prepare reports on operational activities and visit results.
Apply quality and safety procedures, participate in training, and document outcomes.
