Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Must meet local or national security staff certification requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate complex content clearly.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public relations by offering courteous service to all tenants, visitors, and guests.
• Manage building operations: inspect grounds, control access, and monitor visitors' activities.
• Coordinate with law enforcement on threats, investigations, and security issues.
• Monitor the life safety system and central security panel; report issues to the client representative.
• Ensure daily activity reporting is complete and information is accurate for the next shift.
• Enforce parking regulations and report fire and safety hazards.
• Maintain knowledge of building, fire, and life safety codes.
• Collaborate with managers on events, incidents, or concerns.
• Evaluate operating guidelines and suggest improvements.
• Analyze data to identify and solve security-related problems.
