Job summary

PT. Bintang Aksesoris Gemilang is seeking a skilled photographer/videographer to join the Creative Team in Jakarta. You will plan, shoot, and edit content across Instagram, TikTok, the marketplace, and website, maintaining brand visuals and delivering assets that align with campaigns.

You will handle cameras, lighting, audio, and basic post-production, while coordinating with marketing and events. A strong portfolio and ability to work on-location are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Photographer, Videographer, or similar creative role.
• Strong understanding of photography, videography, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing photography and videography work is required.
• Able to translate creative concepts into strong visual content from pre-production through final output.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media to develop content.
• Plan, produce, and execute photo and video content for brand, product, campaign, social media, and marketing needs.

• Operate camera, lighting, audio and other production equipment.

• Maintain and organize the team’s photo/video archive and backups.
• Stay updated on photography, videography, editing techniques and social media formats.

Working under the Creative Team, responsible for producing and editing photo and video content for social media, marketplace and website across all brands: Sophie Martin, Puresia and Salisa.

Job Description

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media, and teams to develop content.
• Plan, produce, and execute photo and video content for brand, product, campaign, social media, and marketing needs.
• Develop visual concepts and translate creative briefs into compelling photo and video content.
• Handle camera, lighting, audio and other production equipment.
• Responsible for studio.
• Direct basic talent/model posing, movement, and composition during shoots.
• Select, organize and manage photo and video assets.
• Edit photos and videos according to the brand’s visual identity and creative direction.
• Perform basic color correction, retouching, video editing, sound adjustment and formatting for different platforms.
• Prepare content in various formats and specifications for Instagram, TikTok, marketplace, website, advertising and other digital platforms.
• Maintain and organize the team's photo/video archive and ensure files are properly backed up.
• Stay updated on photography, videography, editing techniques, visual trends and social media content formats.

Requirements

• Able to translate creative concepts and brand direction into strong visual content independently, from pre-production through final output.
• Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, or similar creative role.
• Strong understanding of photography, videography, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, Canva or equivalent.
• Able to operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting, audio equipment and OS.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Able to work from a creative brief while also contributing your own visual ideas.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing photography and videography work is required.
• Willing to work on-location and participate in photoshoots, events and campaign productions when needed.
