Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Specialist to advise on primary health care policy and health systems strengthening in Indonesia. The role focuses on aligning RPJMN priorities with PHC reforms, improving governance, and coordinating with government partners and development allies.

The adviser will provide policy analysis, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support evidence-based reform in PHC delivery, governance, financing, and service integration, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant field; strong understanding of PHC and health systems.
• Proven experience advising government or senior partners in health policy.
• Excellent analytical, advisory and report-writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders across ministries, subnational governments and development partners.
• Experience with donor-funded programs and translating evidence into policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level strategic and technical advice to strengthen PHC and health systems.
• Support development and implementation of policies aligned with RPJMN 2025–2029.
• Strengthen governance, policy development, and health system performance.
• Coordinate with national and subnational actors to align Australian-supported PHC initiatives.
• Deliver quarterly reports and guidance on policy reform and program improvements.
