Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific seeks a Research Analyst to support Indonesia's KITA SEHAT program with high-quality research and policy analysis across primary health care, nutrition, health systems strengthening, One Health, and health security.

The role involves literature reviews, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and translating findings into practical policy recommendations for national and subnational government partners, with strong emphasis on GEDSI and inclusive approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health or related field with relevant experience.
• At least 8 years in research design, data collection, and synthesis.
• Experience with Government of Indonesia and development partners.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in STATA, Tableau, ATLAS.ti, NVIVO for data analysis.
• Experience with literature reviews, primary data collection, and microdata analysis (Susenas, BPJS etc.).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to collaborate with government and partners.
• Knowledge of GEDSI principles and inclusive research methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses in nutrition, PHC, and One Health.
• Participate in technical discussions with Bappenas, KITA SEHAT and stakeholders.
• Support Advisory Panel by developing policy briefs on thematic areas.
• Coordinate with KITA SEHAT PMT and provide quarterly activity summaries.
• Undertake other duties as required.
