Role Description

The Pharmacy Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. This role is responsible for supporting pharmacists in processing and preparing prescriptions, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, and maintaining proper documentation. The Pharmacy Technician will assist with inventory control, including receiving, storing, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages. Daily tasks also include providing courteous customer service, answering patient inquiries within scope, and guiding patients on prescription collection procedures. The role requires adherence to safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards, as well as effective collaboration with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of pharmacy diploma / bachelor of pharmacy
• Strong knowledge of Pharmacy operations and best practices.
• Hands-on experience handling Prescriptions and supporting Pharmacy Technicians’ workflows.
• Skills in Inventory Control, including tracking, organizing, and replenishing pharmaceutical stock.
• Customer Service skills to interact professionally with patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff.
• Relevant vocational or academic qualification in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Malang, collaborate within a team, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a clinical or pharmacy setting is an advantage.
