The role involves providing counseling on OTC medications, preparing prescriptions, managing inventory, and maintaining standards. Candidates should have a Diploma in Pharmacy, relevant certificates, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy with a GPA of at least 2.75.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or community pharmacy, fresh graduates welcome.
• Possession of STRTTK and TTK Competency Certificates.
• Willingness to work full-time in a shift schedule.

We are currently seeking exceptional talent to join us as a Pharmacy Technician (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian / TTK).

Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support pharmaceutical services and ensure smooth pharmacy operations under the supervision of the Pharmacist-in-Charge (Apoteker Penanggung Jawab / APJ) by:

• Providing professional, friendly, and solution-oriented counseling and information on over-the-counter (OTC) medications to customers.
• Preparing and compounding medications accurately based on physicians' prescriptions under the supervision of the APJ.
• Supporting daily pharmacy operations and transaction administration.
• Managing medication inventory, monitoring expiration dates, ensuring proper storage standards, and maintaining product presentation and in-store merchandising quality.
• Delivering responsive, efficient, and customer-centric service.
• Ensuring pharmaceutical services are carried out in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail pharmacy, community pharmacy, or clinical settings. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possession of a valid Diploma in Pharmacy certificate.
• Active STRTTK (Pharmacy Technician Registration Certificate) and TTK Competency Certificate, which are not currently registered or utilized by another employer.
• Sufficient accumulated Continuing Professional Development (SKP) credits with a "Fulfilled" status on the Ministry of Health's SATU SEHAT SDMK portal.
• Strong understanding of Good Pharmacy Practice (Cara Pelayanan Kefarmasian yang Baik / CPFB) and regulations issued by the Ministry of Health and BPOM related to retail pharmacy operations.
• Additional pharmaceutical training certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness to process and obtain the SIPTTK (Pharmacy Technician Practice License) based on the assigned location.
• Willing to be assigned according to the company's operational needs.
• Willing to work full-time on a six-day workweek with a shift schedule.
