Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Profesi Apoteker and active STRA/SIPA.
• At least 3 years as Pharmacist-in-Charge (APJ).
• Experience handling pharmacy permits and government audits.
• Deep knowledge of Permenkes and BPOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily online and offline pharmaceutical operations.
• Ensure planning, procurement, storage, and dispensing per regulations.
• Maintain high-quality pharmaceutical services and compliance with CDOB/GDP.
• Process renewals of permits and licenses (SIA, SIPA, SIPTTK).
• Prepare and report inspections/audits to regulatory bodies.
• Develop SOPs for pharmaceutical services and manage docs.
• Liaise with government agencies and build networks.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt responses.
