Job summary

PT Wolong Soko Indonesia is seeking a Head of Apothecary to oversee regulatory-compliant operations for active pharmaceutical ingredients. The role requires a Pharmacy degree with apothecary qualification and SIPA readiness, plus capability to supervise Halal processes and use MS Office.

The incumbent will develop SOPs, monitor end-to-end processes, analyze stock and quality metrics, and manage regulator and customer audits while training staff to meet CDOB and BPJPH Halal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with Apothecary Profession required.
• Willing to apply SIPA upon employment.
• Willing to become Halal Supervisor.
• Capable to operate MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create/modify SOPs as per regulation.
• Monitor operations from PO creation to disposal per regulation.
• Analyze stock reports, pest control results, temperature monitoring, and device calibration.
• Handle audits from regulators and customers.
• Communicate closely with regulators.
• Develop CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action).
• Train team members according to SOPs.
• Ensure operations comply with CDOB and BPJPH Halal system.
