Job summary

PT ASIA MEDIKA NUSANTARA is seeking a Manufacturing Product Packaging Development Specialist to plan, coordinate and monitor Holding Time Study activities and packaging development in alignment with GMP and Halal requirements.

You will coordinate with Production, QC, Procurement and QA, support artwork design, manage BOM and MPPCR, and ensure SOPs are current. Strong English and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Apothecary Program/Pharma Degree from reputable University.
• 3-5 years experience in Technical support, Product Development and Production in pharmaceutical industry.
• Experiences in cGMP ; GLP; pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Understand English both oral and written, Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor Holding Time Study activities with production scheduling.
• Coordinate Packaging Development with Production, QC, Procurement, QA with related departments.
• Support artwork design activity performed by RA department.
• Plan and manage Bill of Material required by MS&T department.
• Provide and coordinate the Master Production Process Control Record (MPPCR).
• Ensure SOPs related to MS&T are completed and align with GMP.
• Manage all internal training activities of MS&T personnel.
• Monitor and provide trainings for MS&T Staffs to ensure quality documents are generated.
• Perform other activities as guided by the manager in a timely manner.
• Control and follow up for closing/ completing all CAPA, Deviation, Change Control and other quality system documents.
• Implement QEHS policy in the working area.
