Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd, Jakarta-based pharma marketing role, seeks a Junior Product Manager/Associate Brand Manager to drive growth, assess market dynamics, and align marketing activities with company strategy.

You will work closely with Sales, craft marketing plans for new products, analyze market data, and contribute to ROI through ATL/BTL campaigns; willing to be placed in Jakarta, Bahasa Indonesia and English communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Pharma Marketing as Junior Product Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
• Ability to work independently or with sales team to address challenges at customer level.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs by specifying research to obtain market information and propose new products and promotions.
• Develop and implement marketing/brand plan and strategy; evaluate with Sales Team for growth and profitability.
• Develop, implement and evaluate ATL/BTL marketing concepts within budget to ensure ROI.
• Liaise with key opinion leaders, patient groups and healthcare organizations to support product strategy.
• Analyze market data and forecast future market trends to propose accurate projections.
• Develop and implement marketing programs for new product launches and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Participate in people development programs to improve skills and competence.
