COMBIPHAR Group is seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to drive local brand strategies in the pharmaceutical industry. You will analyze market trends, set objectives, and align brand plans with internal functions to grow market share and profitability.

Responsibilities include monitoring brand performance, developing communication assets, collaborating with KOLs, institutions and agencies, and traveling as needed to implement the marketing plan and agenda across Indonesia.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 year(s) of working experience as Associate Brand Manager in pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience handling plasma products/other underlicensed Pharma TC products is preferred.
• Experience leading collaborations with KOLs, official institutions, and agencies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review assigned product's current and future trend and generate market share, revenue and profit objectives.
• Develop brand marketing plans and align with internal functions.
• Monitor Combiphar and competitors brands market situation, including market share and brand health indexes.
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to achieve business targets.
• Develop communication strategies and assets and create product presentations for partners.
• Understand consumer needs and insights to improve market brand positions (portfolio, pricing, advertising, promos).
• Travel as needed to execute marketing plans.
