Job summary

AstraZeneca Indonesia, located in Cikarang, is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to drive Lean Digital Initiatives across site functions. You will liaise with regional teams to ensure digital targets are met, support validation and CSV activities, and ensure GMP compliance for IT systems.

The role requires IT/Industrial Engineering background, hands-on experience with Power BI/Power Apps, and strong English communication. Prior pharma digitalization exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent field as a base for digital roles.
• Experience with digital tools like Power BI and Power Apps; Tulip is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP and SHE standards; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Lean Digital Initiative across Production, Engineering, Logistics and Quality.
• Coordinate with Regional and Global Digital Support to meet site targets.
• Assist in validation activities and ensure GMP compliance for IT systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OS and applications used by the system owner.
• Deliver training and ensure timely completion per schedule.
