Job summary

Cermati in Jakarta is seeking a growth and performance marketing leader to oversee the acquisition funnel across Indonesia's digital lending market.

You will partner with Partnership, Marketing, and Risk teams to optimize channel mix, pricing, and promo mechanics while protecting CAC and credit quality. You will drive data-driven decisions using SQL and AB testing to forecast growth and report to the Head of Personal Loan Business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in quantitative field; Master in Business/Finance related area is a plus.
• 3-5 years in growth, performance marketing, or consumer lending/fintech strategy, or lending business in Indonesia.
• Strong fluency in quantitative – comfortable in advanced spreadsheet modeling, SQL, able to read and act on A/B testing result.
• Understand lending unit economics (risk adjusted margin, NPL, cost of fund, etc)
• Familiarity with digital lending regulatory environment.
• Direct experience with performance marketing is preferable (CRM, Google, Meta, etc)
• Fluent in Indonesian and English

Responsibilities

• Maintain the acquisition funnel. Partner with Partnership and Marketing teams to diagnose performance drop-offs across the user journey and run experiments to lift conversion at each gate without degrading credit quality.
• Safeguarding CAC by balancing Channel Mix. Allocate budgets across digital marketing channels, referral, affiliate, and organic/direct — optimizing blended costs against customer lifetime value.
• Own the pricing and promo campaign strategy. Partner with Risk teams on rate-card testing and elasticity experiments; turn results into promo mechanics that stay within regulatory compliance.
• Perform continuous competitive intelligence. Track competitor activities and strategies in the Indonesian digital lending market. Turn those findings into actionable insights and informed campaign decisions.
• Safeguard the personal loan P&L. Forecast portfolio targets on a periodic basis and own reporting on growth performance to the Head of Personal Loan Business. Ensure the Personal Loan portfolio is performing according to budgets previously set for the period.
