Aspen Medical is seeking a Surgery Unit Supervisor to lead day-to-day perioperative operations in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. You will oversee operating theatres, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive compliance with governance and infection prevention standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and performance improvement across the perioperative journey, with a focus on patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing (S.Kep., Ners) is required.
• Valid STR registration is required.
• Eligible to obtain SIP for Aspen Medical Depok Hospital.
• BCLS and ACLS certification or equivalent are required.
• Certification in Perioperative Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Surgery Unit to ensure safe perioperative service delivery.
• Coordinate theatre activities, schedules, and resources to optimise efficiency.
• Monitor capacity, readiness and workflow, escalating issues when needed.
• Ensure theatres, equipment, instruments and supplies are ready for procedures.
• Identify operational and clinical risks and implement mitigation and escalation measures.
• Provide leadership and support to Surgery Unit staff and foster a patient-centered environment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, nursing teams and support services to ensure coordinated care.
