• Bachelor's degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Have +3 years experience in Performance testing
• Have insurance industry experience, understand how the business process on insurance
• Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar tools
• Expertise in load, stress, endurance, and spike testing for high-transaction systems
• Solid experience in Insurance domain systems (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing)
• Strong understanding of web, API, microservices, and distributed architectures
• Ability to analyze performance metrics (response time, throughput, CPU, memory, database)
• Experience with database performance testing
• Hands-on experience with monitoring & APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, New Relic)
