Job summary

PT Indocyber Global Teknologi is seeking a Performance Tester to design, develop and execute performance and load tests for applications and systems in Jakarta.

You will create test scenarios and data using Apache JMeter, analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to drive improvements. Monitoring during tests and reporting are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on Apache JMeter experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and web apps.
• Experience with load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance and load tests for applications.
• Create and maintain test scenarios and data using Apache JMeter.
• Identify bottlenecks, performance degradation, and capacity issues.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
• Prepare performance test reports and recommendations.
• Monitor system performance during testing with APM tools.
• Support performance testing throughout the SDLC to meet criteria.
