Job summary

WPP Media APAC is seeking a Performance Executive to oversee the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of biddable social campaigns across multiple clients. You will guide the team and support the core group to develop business capabilities.

Reporting to the Manager Social, you will collaborate with international colleagues and clients, learn to optimize paid social, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the performance team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of progressive paid social experience.
• Ability to confidently speak to clients.
• Prior experience managing multiple clients’ social implementations and optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and reporting of Performance across multiple clients.
• Set expectations and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Align Performance KPIs for clients, proving the value of paid social to clients and internal teams.
• Provide meaningful insights and analysis when sending reports to clients/core teams.
• Maintain a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Learn and train yourself to confidently discuss basic digital concepts.
