Job summary

PT Kideco Jaya Agung (Kideco) in East Kalimantan, Indonesia, is seeking a Performance Analyst & Reporting Engineer with 1–3 years in mining or heavy industry. You will analyze equipment performance, MTBF/MTTR, and fuel usage, and develop dashboards for real-time monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor, and analyze heavy equipment performance data (PA, MTBF, MTTR, utilization, fuel consumption, idling time).
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operation and maintenance performance reports.
• Conduct performance trend analysis to identify gaps against KPI targets and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform operational efficiency analyses, including fuel consumption, equipment utilization, and cost per hour (CPH).
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time and periodic equipment performance monitoring.
• Provide data-driven insights to maintenance, operations and asset management teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance, fuel efficiency and idling reduction.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity for analysis and reporting.
