Job summary

PT Kideco Jaya Agung (Kideco) seeks an experienced maintenance professional to support mining operations in East Kalimantan. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, reliability of plant equipment, and strict adherence to OEM guidelines and company policies on site.

You will lead daily maintenance activities, monitor oil/coolant/grease consumption, coordinate with the CBM team, manage stock, and ensure PM schedules align with production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/associate's degree in a technical engineering field.
• 5 years of maintenance and repair experience in mining operations.
• Willing to work on site with flexible/extended hours.
• POP Competency is preferred.
• Willing to be placed on our mine site in Paser East Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all preventive maintenance activities comply with regulatory standards, OEM guidelines, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with maintenance activities, ensuring the well‑being of personnel and equipment. Manage, coordinate & execute Daily maintenance activity with high-quality result.
• Ensure the PM schedule aligns with operational demands, minimizing disruptions to production activities.
• Daily monitor, reconcile & validate all oil, coolant & grease consumption.
• Coordinate & cooperate with CBM team in regard with all condition monitoring such as filter cut, SOS, magnetic plug and follow up critical SOS.
• Closely monitor the stock on hand of oil, coolant & grease.
• Monitor compliance with maintenance schedules and adjust plans as necessary based on equipment performance and operational requirements.
• Coordinate & communicate effectively regarding Service kit with Planner.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures for all preventive maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections and tests on equipment after maintenance to verify operational readiness and compliance with specifications.
• Responsible to maintain oil trap and hazardous waste.
