Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku in Jakarta is offering a People Development Intern position for students and graduates passionate about learning, data, and technology. You will support engagement surveys, learning programs, and reporting.

This 3-6 month internship provides practical experience in training, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with a monthly allowance of IDR 3,500,000, and a laptop plus flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Duration: 3-6 months.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Solid analytical ability and data sense — able to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Clear and structured communication skills; ability to frame problems and propose logical solutions.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Statistics, or related fields.
• Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in people development or people analytics.

• Drive Company-wide Surveys.
• Run Regional People Development Initiatives.
• Research & Innovate in Learning.
• Perform data cleaning and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to generate reports and insights supporting decision-making and audit requirements.
