Job summary

AIA Indonesia is seeking an experienced Head of Pension Business to lead strategy, growth, and profitability for the pension arm. You will expand market share, deepen corporate relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering innovative retirement solutions.

You will oversee strategy, revenue management, and governance, coordinating with sales, operations, and external partners to maximize client value and alignment with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in pension funds, asset management, or wealth management.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of: Pension business, Investment fundamentals, Tax regulations, OJK regulations.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and managing large corporate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the pension business strategy aligned with AIA Financial’s objectives.
• Drive growth in assets under management, contributions, and membership.
• Identify markets across corporate, SME, and individual retirement segments and build partnerships.

Education
