Job summary

Hyatt Place Makassar is seeking a guest-focused F&B Host to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of our Food & Beverage service in line with Hyatt's standards and guest expectations.

You will welcome guests, assist with beverages and service, and collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English is preferred, experience in bar or restaurant, and a creative approach to hospitality are valued.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment by providing exceptional service to our guests, demonstrating multi-tasking skills, and working well with fellow teammates.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a well-known bar or restaurant.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
