Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support early intervention in Palembang, South Sumatra. The role focuses on infants and young children, developing tailored plans to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities within a collaborative team.

You will assess needs, implement evidence-based interventions, and guide families through therapy goals across clinic, home, and community settings, while staying current with best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Indonesian OT license to practice.
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric OT experience, early intervention focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for infants and young children.
• Develop and monitor individualized therapy plans addressing fine motor, gross motor, and sensory integration.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy in clinic, home, and community settings.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatricians and therapists.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
