Sekolah Kristen IPEKA is seeking a Pearson Edexcel & IGCSE Programme Coordinator to lead curriculum implementation and ensure assessment quality within the Cambridge IGCSE/Pearson framework.

You will work closely with school leadership and the examinations team to ensure program quality, compliance with standards, and ongoing teaching improvement across multiple campuses.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2–3 years of teaching within Cambridge IGCSE/Pearson system.
• Strong understanding of Cambridge IGCSE/Pearson curriculum and assessment standards.
• Experience in academic coordination or middle leadership is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

PEARSON EDEXCEL/ IGCSE PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

Join IPEKA as the Pearson Edexcel & IGCSE Programme Coordinator and take a key academic leadership role in ensuring the quality and effective implementation of the Pearson Edexcel programme. This position oversees curriculum implementation, assessment and moderation, student performance monitoring, and academic support for teachers, while working closely with school leaders and the examinations team. The ideal candidate will work closely with school leadership and the examinations team to ensure program quality, compliance with Pearson Edexcel standards, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience within the Cambridge IGCSE/Pearson system

Strong understanding of Cambridge IGCSE/Pearson curriculum and assessment standards

Experience in academic coordination or middle leadership is an advantage

Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills

Fluent in spoken and written English
