Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) required.
• At least 1 year of experience in related role.
• ICT/FCT knowledge is required.
• Experience debugging and repairing PCBA is preferred.
• Ability to contribute to productivity and yield improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead repair and debugging tasks for automotive-related PCBA work.
• Support daily inventory debug and WIP activities.
• Assist in daily/weekly preventive maintenance.
• Ensure test equipment and machines are calibrated per schedule.
• Help test engineers troubleshoot and repair down equipment quickly.
• Contribute to failure analysis of failed units and RMA handling.
• Uphold integrity, innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
