Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK is seeking an HRIS and Payroll Specialist to manage the HRIS system, ensure accurate payroll processing, and safeguard confidential employee data.

In this role you will coordinate with HR and Finance on new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and reporting, with a focus on compliance with labor laws and tax regulations. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll/taxation processes.
• Experience handling confidential personnel data with integrity.
• Ability to generate accurate HR reports and headcount data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the HRIS implementation including ESS features.
• Execute payroll with accuracy and timeliness per labor laws and tax regulations.
• Maintain payroll records ensuring confidentiality of employee data.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Generate headcount and employee data reports for management.
