Job summary

StraitsX Group is seeking a Product Manager for Payment Platform in Indonesia to own the internal intelligence and automated logic of a multi-currency payment engine.

You will identify market opportunities, write detailed specifications, and lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, low-latency solutions that maximize transaction success.

This role requires 3–5 years in payment product management, strong SQL, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Payment Product Management.
• Strong SQL familiarity and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results and hands-on problem solving.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and escalate concerns early.
• Detail-oriented with deep understanding of the product funnel.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and define a product vision and roadmap.
• Lead ideation, research, design, and launch of customer-centric products with detailed specs.
• Build alignment across Commercial, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Define metrics, monitor health, and design experiments to improve the funnel.
• Collaborate with developers to design test cases and drive development with engineers and designers.
