Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Southeast Asia is seeking experienced professionals to join our SEA team at the Project Leader, Principal and Partner level. As a core member affiliated with BCG's Insurance Practice, you will help insurers address their toughest challenges and drive growth across the insurance value chain.

You will work on strategy development, operating model redesign, digital transformation, risk management, and client relationship building, delivering forward-looking solutions that

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, across insurance topics such as Life, Property & Casualty, and Health.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong written and spoken English.
• A proven track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations.
• Strong business acumen and commercial judgement.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Help insurers address their most difficult challenges using strategies that maximize growth and transform business models.
• Work on projects across the insurance value chain including strategy development, sales effectiveness, compliance, forecasting, and operational model redesign.
• Create value for clients with forward-thinking solutions addressing operational, technical, and financial implications.

What You'll Do

BCG Is Looking For Experienced Professionals To Join Our SEA Team At The Project Leader, Principal And Partner Level Based In Southeast Asia.As a Core Member Affiliated To BCG's Insurance Practice, You Will

• Help insurers address their most difficult challenges using strategies that maximize growth, transform business models, and create sustainable competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance industry and in strategy consulting.
• Work with clients on a range of projects and topics across the insurance value-chain including strategy development, sales force effectiveness, compliance, benchmarking, forecasting, operational model redesign, risk management, digital transformation, customer focus, and more
• Create value for our clients with forward-thinking solutions that help them address the operational, technical, and financial implications of changes in their business environment

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 10 years work experience within a leading strategy consulting firm with knowledge across multiple insurance topics such as Property & Casualty, Life & Retirement, Group Insurance
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong written and spoken English
• A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business
• Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities and business judgement
• Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic
• Advanced business degree from a top-tier institution preferred
