Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a dedicated early childhood teacher to lead Trial Class and Open House sessions, coordinating content and activities for engaging learning experiences.

The role includes on-class teaching during events, coordinating with families, and preparing post-event reports while participating in ongoing training to support teacher development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in early childhood / preschool teaching.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents.
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.

• Plan and execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House.
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement.
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary.
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline)—support presentation or Q&A if needed.
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development.
